First and Emergency Aid Program Students Visited 112 Station

Süleyman Demirel University (SDU) Isparta Vocational School of Health Services (SHMYO) First and Emergency Aid Program students visited 112 Emergency Aid Station. The event was organized to see the students' theoretical knowledge about emergency health services in practice and gain experience. Students had the opportunity to observe the working principles of emergency teams, the equipment used, and the patient intervention processes on site.

During the visit, 112 Emergency Aid Station officials detailed information to the students about how emergency medical interventions are made, how case management is organized, and how to respond quickly to emergency scenarios. Students learned how trained medical personnel respond to emergencies, the importance of teamwork, and the difficulties encountered in practice.

This valuable event was organized by Lecturer Fatma Gündüz Güç and Lecturer Ensar Güney. These two academicians contributed to the event and their professional development by providing students with essential experience in this field. After the visit, the students stated that they had a more profound knowledge of emergency health services. Following the event's success, similar organizations are planned to continue.
