Medical Documentation and Secretariat Program
It aims to train health technicians who can carry out secretarial services in health institutions; carry out recording procedures related to diagnosis, diagnosis and treatment of diseases; prepare medical, administrative and statistical documents; archive and develop documents by organizing documents; prepare patients for examination with patient admission and file procedures; classify and code diseases-procedures and health-related problems according to the determined international classification systems; provide written and verbal communication of the unit where he works and adopt the principles of workplace ethics and discipline. The title that graduates of the program will receive; Students who graduate from the two-year Medical Documentation and Secretariat associate degree program can take the title as Health Technician (Medical Documentation and Secretariat) in public and private institutions.
