Elderly Care Program Students Organized a Technical Visit to Elderly Care Centers in Uluborlu

As part of the educational activities of the Elderly Care Program at Süleyman Demirel University Vocational School of Health Services, Department of Health Care Services, a technical visit was organized on November 29, 2024, to the Private Gardenya Care Center, Uluborlu İbrahim Etem Erbil Care, Rehabilitation, and Family Counseling Center, and Uluborlu Hacı Ahmet Şençopur Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center, all located in the central district of Uluborlu, Isparta.

During the visit, students had the opportunity to engage and interact directly with various case groups, including elderly individuals, individuals with disabilities, psychiatric patients, and those with dementia. This technical visit provided significant contributions to the students by allowing them to gain field experience, enhance their professional knowledge and skills in elderly care, and receive valuable insights into post-graduation career opportunities.
