CHILD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM- DISABILITY AWARENESS WEEK EVENT

İsmail Er, the President of the Isparta Six Dots Association for the Blind, was a guest speaker in the "Drama in Special Education" course for first-year students of the Child Development Program at Isparta Vocational School of Health Services on May 15, 2026. İsmail Er gave a talk on the lives of individuals with disabilities, empathy towards them, and social awareness.

The students presented drama performances they had prepared regarding the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities. During this event, organized under the guidance of Lecturer Özden Yılmaz, the students delivered presentations highlighting the difficulties experienced by disabled individuals, the importance of cooperation among relevant stakeholders working in this field, and the significance of ensuring the full participation of individuals with special needs in social life.

At the end of the program, the students expressed their gratitude to İsmail Er, the President of the Isparta Six Dots Association for the Blind, for his participation.
